**Maintenance Administrator**:

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator to join our growing construction team based in Osborne Park on a full-time basis.

**As a Maintenance Administrator, you will be responsible for**:

- Providing administration support to the Maintenance supervisor and wider team;
- Maintaining the post-handover maintenance program for all new home builds, in the Perth and mid-west region;
- Logging, sending, booking, and scheduling appointments and work orders;
- Attending and contributing to Service Department meetings.
- Any other duties appropriate to the role, as assigned by the Construction Manager.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role in residential construction;
- Great time management and organisational skills;
- Excellent oral and written skills;
- Ability to deal with conflict;
- Impeccable phone etiquette;
- Can work independently and as part of a team;
- Willingness to learn and ask for help;
- Proficient computing skills (Click Homes desirable but not essential); and
- Current National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
