Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage a diverse portfolio of rental properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing their own portfolio and will possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring timely payment of rent and effective maintenance of properties.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Monitor and manage rental arrears, taking proactive steps to prevent delinquency and minimize losses.
  • Ensure compliance with tenancy laws and safety regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Support and mentor junior staff members, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing your own portfolio.
  • Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional presentation and attention to detail.
  • Valid QLD Real Estate Certificate.
