Facilities and Asset Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities and Asset Management expert to lead our diverse property portfolio across Queensland.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and well-presented state of over 50 properties.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a collaborative approach. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the transition from manual tracking to an efficient maintenance management system
  • Fostering strong relationships with contractors, service providers, and internal teams
  • Delivering day-to-day operational excellence and long-term strategic improvements

This role offers a mix of on-the-ground operational work and forward-looking strategic initiatives, making it ideal for a leader who can drive change and collaborate effectively.
