Job Description:

As a strategic financial leader, you will shape our organisation's financial strategy aligned with enhanced resident experience and shareholder value.

  • You will lead a talented team to deliver robust financial reporting, data analytics, and business partnering.
  • Drive performance and productivity across our care homes and villages through smart capital investment.
  • Chair our Capex Committee, guiding investment decisions that fuel our quality improvement and growth agenda.
  • Lead finance transformation projects and embed smarter systems and controls.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Shaping financial strategy aligned with enhanced resident experience and shareholder value
  2. Delivering trusted commercial insight through robust reporting, data analytics, and business partnering
  3. Driving performance and productivity across our care homes and villages through smart capital investment
  4. Leading finance transformation projects and embedding smarter systems and controls
  5. Ensuring compliance, particularly under the relevant legislation and audit obligations

We are looking for a commercially astute, values-driven leader with:

  • 8–12 years' experience in a complex commercial environment or Big 4 (audit/advisory)
  • Proven leadership of finance teams and delivery of strategic financial reporting
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
  • Confidence in leading change and uplifting financial systems and processes
  • Clear, professional communication with executive presence
  • Experience with TechOne or sector knowledge in aged care a bonus—but not a deal-breaker
