We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for retaining customer accounts within the Commercial and Industry division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and retain existing customer accounts
- Manage multiple customer portfolios using our CRM system
- Contribute to a high-performing team through skills sharing and peer coaching
- Sales administration including administrative tasks associated with sales contract renewals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in a similar sales role exceeding KPIs
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Demonstrated ability to remain resilient, positive, and productive in a fast-paced environment
- B2B experience in converting cold and warm leads via outbound tele-sales and face-to-face interactions
- Contract and price negotiation skills ensuring the best possible outcome for the business
- Experience working and collaborating in a team environment
