Lead Store Performance
We are seeking a skilled Sales Leader to oversee store operations and drive results. No prior retail experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating your team to meet and exceed sales targets. You will cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training, manage store operations, and deliver exceptional customer service and strong product knowledge.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coach and motivate your team to achieve sales goals
- Cultivate a culture of ongoing improvement through training and development
- Manage store operations, including inventory control, policies and procedures, staff scheduling, and sales performance tracking
- Deliver memorable customer experiences and showcase products effectively
- Create an engaging and positive work environment
- Recruit, lead, and inspire your team to succeed in the store
About You:
You're a seasoned sales professional with a track record of success in driving business growth within a KPI-driven structure. You possess excellent problem-solving skills, relationship-building abilities, and time management and organizational expertise. Previous leadership experience, preferably in retail, is highly valued.
