We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills to join our team as a Finance Officer.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term position that will provide support for operational and financial teams across various regions. As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for preparing, collating and sending client monthly statements, monitoring outstanding debt and ensuring timely payments of invoices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, collate and send client monthly statements for properties within your assigned portfolio.">
  • Monitor outstanding debt and ensure timely payments of invoices.">
  • Reconcile and assist with credit and non-credit groups invoicing and follow-up.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • At least 2 years of current experience as a Receptionist, Hotel Guest Service Agent, Night Auditor or hotel finance officer.">
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and numbers.">
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of transactions.">
  • Confident in the use of Microsoft Office with knowledge of SIHOT and/or OPERA desirable.">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.">
