Childhood Teacher

**This is a Parental leave fixed-term contract from November 2024 to March 2025.** This role requires a creative Early Childhood Teacher to work as an active team member in providing high-quality education and care. This is a great opportunity for early childhood professionals who are passionate about the early years and would like to be involved with a supportive professional team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement age-appropriate programs that foster children’s development across all domains.
- Create a positive, supportive, and safe learning environment for children.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Observe and document children’s progress, adapting programs to meet their individual needs.
- Collaborate with a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA recognised degree.
- Current Working with Children Check/Blue card.
- First Aid certificate or willing to obtain one.
- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of the NQF which includes: National Regulations, NQS, and the EYLF.
- Demonstrated experience in early childhood education, with a deep understanding of child development and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire both children and adults.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
