As a rehabilitation professional, you will play a vital role in helping individuals recover from physical and psychological injuries. Our organisation provides leading services in allied health, occupational health and safety, and injury management to communities across New South Wales.
The position involves using clinical reasoning skills to support people who have sustained injuries at work. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and develop tailored rehabilitation plans for each client. This may involve performing assessments such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments or activities of daily living assessments.
Collaboration with various stakeholders including clients, employers, medical specialists and other allied health professionals is also a key aspect of the role. You will need to demonstrate strong communication skills and an ability to work autonomously.
