Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Accounts professional with a strong background in real estate office environments, particularly in sales trust account experience and Xero proficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of financial management, accounting software, and bookkeeping principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile daily sales trust accounts, manage settlement processes, and handle payment receivables and payables.
  • Process settlement payments, calculate and confirm settlements, and release deposits early as needed.
  • Enter commission payments, send statements, invoice external stakeholders, and follow up on payments.
  • Manage mid-month and end-of-month payments, reconcile general trading accounts, and handle AMEX card checks and reimbursements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an Accounts role within a real estate office environment.
  • Strong sales trust account experience and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent knowledge and skills in Xero and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
What We Offer:

This is a salaried position offering a competitive annual salary of $85,000 - $95,000 based on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development.
