Business Growth Executive

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of driving business expansion through strategic market engagement and sales pipeline development. You will work closely with our Sales Team to identify and convert leads, leveraging your proactive approach and strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted business growth strategies to convert leads within defined markets.\
  • Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to build meaningful relationships and drive sales opportunities.\
  • Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure achievement of targets and business objectives.\
  • Support local marketing and technical campaigns as required, fostering collaboration across teams.\
  • Actively contribute to delivering specialized rigging equipment solutions tailored to customer needs.\
  • Some remote site visits to customers in the Regional Goldfields may be necessary.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.\
  • Provide high-level written and verbal communication, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and partnership development.\
  • A full, unrestricted Australian driver's license is required for this role.\
  • Travel across designated territories will be necessary due to the nature of this position.\
  • Regularly review and adjust business growth strategies to align with evolving market conditions and business goals.\
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains throughout the sales and business development processes.\
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.\
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting to track business performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.\
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.\
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as sales, marketing, and business strategy.\
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling content, including case studies, success stories, and thought leadership pieces to support business development initiatives.\
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, ideas, and insights to drive business growth and improvement.\
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.\
  • Work collaboratively with the HR team to develop and implement programs that promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.\
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.\
