Senior Associate Job Opportunity

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate to join our Corporate and Commercial Advisory team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for undertaking complex corporate and commercial matters, including M&A transactions and structuring advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake corporate and commercial matters, including complex M&A transactions and structuring advice
  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, such as shareholder agreements, sale and purchase agreements, and service agreements
  • Provide technical advice across a wide range of practice areas
  • Actively participate in client engagement and business development activities
  • Manage client relationships and provide high-quality service
  • Mentor and supervise junior colleagues, assisting with team management

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering practical advice
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with other solicitors and support staff
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
