We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support the smooth and efficient operations of our company. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the day-to-day administrative tasks are completed efficiently. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings and appointments, maintaining company databases and records, and preparing and distributing documents as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Maintain and update company databases and records
  • Prepare and distribute documents as needed
  • Assist in creating and maintaining company policies and procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as necessary
  • Assist in organizing company events and trainings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in administrative or operations roles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
