About the Role

The Lindsay Group is seeking a highly skilled Operations Allocator to join their team in Coffs Harbour. As an Operations Allocator, you will be responsible for coordinating and allocating freight and equipment across various locations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate freight and deliveries for local drivers.
  • Plan and build loads in line with customer requirements.
  • Manage equipment and resources to ensure efficient operations.
  • Reconcile freight bills and liaise with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and report on fleet performance and compliance with fatigue, mass, and maintenance requirements.
  • Ensure site safety and conduct regular audits.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Prior experience in a similar role and industry.Knowledge of fatigue and mass management.Understanding of the chain of responsibility.Professional presentation and communication skills.Ability to manage your time and workload effectively.
