Job Summary

Clinical Lead sought for a full-time permanent position in an Alcohol and Other Drugs program.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Hold a health professional undergraduate qualification.
  • Have unencumbered registration where applicable, or eligibility for membership with relevant associations.
  • Demonstrate at least five years full-time equivalent post-registration experience, with three years full-time equivalent in the alcohol and other drugs field and relevant post-graduate qualifications.
  • Exhibit clinical leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework, with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in clinical practice.
  • Display effective communication and interpersonal skills across various mediums, and an understanding of the practice development framework.
  • Demonstrate the ability to implement changes and develop direction in clinical practice through the utilisation of evidence-based research.
