Brook Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Front Desk Coordinator at a luxury property-based company in South Melbourne.

This privately owned business prides itself on building long-term relationships with clients and guests, and we are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for clients and guests, you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house, providing administrative support to the wider team, and maintaining the office area and equipment.

Duties:

  • Manage the reception and front-of-house
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the team
  • Maintain the office area and equipment
  • Manage meeting rooms, bookings, and directors' diaries
  • Support the Executive Assistants as required
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • High attention to detail
  • Warm and personal approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Software Packages
  • Great personal and professional standards
