**About the Company**:

**The Role**:
Our Direct Care Coordinators develop, manage and deliver optimised rosters for our Victorian workforce:

- First point of contact for Direct Care delivery staff, service brokerage providers and external agencies
- Provide timely and customised support to our aged care customers
- Rostering staff whilst considering customers unique service requirements and staff skills sets, operational efficiency and cost effectiveness

**For You**:

- You'll work from home most of the time within a supportive team of rostering and administrative professionals
- Great salary packaging option up to $18,500 per annum

**Skills and Experience**:

- A positive can-do attitude with ability to engage with a range of customers and staff
- Demonstrated rostering capabilities (in aged care advantageous)
- Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Use of rostering systems such as Carelink+ will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of the SCHADS award - desirable but not essential
