- Identify areas for process improvement and support global HR projects to drive business growth
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and employment legislation
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2+ years' experience in an HR Coordinator/Admin role with a proven track record of delivering results
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in HR systems and intermediate IT skills to analyze data and drive insights
- Exceptional attention to detail, prioritization, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder engagement skills to build trust and rapport with colleagues and clients
