Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to drive employee lifecycle management and align HR strategies with business objectives.

About the Role:
  • Foster a positive work environment and provide guidance to managers and employees across various HR functions
  • Manage employee lifecycle elements through digital platforms
  • Support talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management processes
Responsibilities:
  1. Analyse HR data to identify trends and enhance Employer Value Proposition
  2. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development
  3. Design and implement benefits and salary review frameworks
  4. Collaborate with leaders to manage employee onboarding and offboarding experiences
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience as an HRBP in tech/SaaS
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
