Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage customer service schedules, ensuring seamless delivery of care and support services.
  • Prepare and transmit schedules to Community Support Professionals, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Arrange replacement staff to cover planned or unplanned absences and shift changes, maintaining continuity of care.
  • Provide coaching, supervision, support, and direction to Community Support Professionals to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Monitor the implementation of individualized plans for clients, ensuring their unique needs are met.
  • Verify allocation of Community Support Professionals against customer service schedules, ensuring accurate timesheet data processing.
  • Maintain and update data in company information systems, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Meet specified standards for the delivery of quality in-home care and support services, upholding our commitment to excellence.

    About you:

    • Caring, compassionate, and friendly, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
    • Proven relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
