Healthcare Coordinator Specialist

The role of a Registered Nurse Coordinator at Just Better Care involves providing high-quality care and support to customers in their homes, working closely with medical practitioners and Allied Health professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medications, providing complex clinical care, and monitoring customer well-being. They will also be required to communicate progress to relevant parties and ensure that all services are delivered in a respectful and caring manner, adhering to company policies and legislative requirements.
This is a permanent part-time position starting with 3 days per week, with the possibility to increase to 5 days. The role involves traveling between customers' homes, which requires a reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance. A current Australian Driver's Licence and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate are also essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Current CPR / First Aid Certificate
- Current and satisfactory Federal Police Check, NDIS Worker's Screening Card & Working with Children Check Blue Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered AHPRA
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
