Mars Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Brand Strategy Executive to lead the strategy and execution of dynamic brand campaigns that drive market growth.

A leading global pharmaceutical company committed to improving lives through innovative healthcare solutions is looking for a skilled Senior Brand Manager to develop and maintain a strong brand presence while ensuring the alignment of marketing efforts with broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Comprehensive Brand Strategies: Elevate product positioning in competitive markets by creating and implementing effective brand strategies.
  • Lead End-to-End Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute seamless marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
  • Align Marketing Efforts: Work with product development, R&D, and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with key business objectives and product offerings.
  • Monitor Campaign Effectiveness: Use market research and data-driven insights to optimize brand performance.
  • Oversee Product Lifecycle: Manage the entire product lifecycle, including launches, line extensions, and end-of-life strategies.
  • Drive Successful Product Launches: Ensure effective market entry strategies that align with consumer needs.
  • Mentor and Lead Teams: Mentor junior brand managers and marketing teams to achieve high performance and alignment with brand goals.
  • Manage Brand P&L: Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Min 5 Years Experience: In brand management or marketing within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries. Experience with complex product categories is a plus.
  • Proven Track Record: Developing and executing brand strategies that drive market growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with teams across product, medical, regulatory, and commercial departments.
  • Marketing Innovation: Passion for creating innovative marketing campaigns and finding new ways to engage customers.
  • Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

We offer a collaborative and growth-oriented environment that values your input and fosters creativity. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
