Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Specialist to join our team. As a valued member of our home care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients who require additional support.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance, including shower support, toileting, and feeding.
  • Perform manual handling tasks, such as transferring clients to and from bed, shower, and commode.
  • Offer social support and companionship to our clients.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs is highly desirable.
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification is essential.
  • Availability during weekdays and weekends is required.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check is necessary.
