About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Training Delivery Supervisor to join our team at Motorsport Hackers. As a Technical Training Delivery Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of technical training programs across Australia and New Zealand.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead Technical Training Programs: Develop and deliver technical training programs that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Supervise Training Delivery: Supervise the delivery of technical training programs, including curriculum development, training materials, and instructor training.
  • Manage Training Resources: Oversee the management of training resources, including facilities, equipment, and trainers.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all training programs comply with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Support Business Objectives: Support the achievement of business objectives by developing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: A tertiary qualification in education and training, or equivalent experience in a technical training role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office products and knowledge of training plans, development practices, and delivery techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team of trainers and instructors, with a focus on developing and delivering high-quality training programs.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Ford Master Technician: Ford Master Technician certification or equivalent technical training experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the automotive industry, including technical training and development practices.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in a leadership role, with a focus on developing and delivering high-quality training programs.
