Client Services Coordinator

Stowe Australia, the largest privately owned electrical contractor in the nation, is seeking a skilled Client Services Administrator to join their team at the Eight Mile Plains office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including:

  • Creating weekly timesheets from Simpro software
  • Preparing end of month reports
  • Generating client invoices and other documents associated with month-end
  • Maintaining project logs
  • Monitoring workflow and communicating effectively with account managers
  • Scheduling works
  • Managing client portal documentation
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholder communication
  • Data entry
  • Answering telephones
  • Providing support to management and team leaders as required
  • Following up outstanding invoices and debtors
  • Validating and processing supplier invoices through Kofax software
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Creating jobs and job folders
  • Filing electronic documents

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • An intermediate level of knowledge in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Simpro, Kofax, and/or Pronto software would be highly regarded

As a team player with a strong sense of responsibility, you will be focused on achieving outcomes through initiative and common sense, combined with strong decision-making, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

A remuneration package will be discussed with the successful candidate.
