Job Title: Client Services Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team at Stowe Australia. As a key member of our office operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our account managers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit weekly timesheets from Simpro software
  • Generate end-of-month reports and client invoices
  • Maintain project logs and track workflow
  • Communicate effectively with account managers and stakeholders
  • Schedule works and manage client portal documentation
  • Process supplier invoices through Kofax software
  • Create purchase orders and jobs
  • Filing of electronic documents

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate level of knowledge in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Simpro, Kofax, and Pronto experience a plus
