Job Title: Client Services Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team at Stowe Australia. As a key member of our office operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our account managers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit weekly timesheets from Simpro software
- Generate end-of-month reports and client invoices
- Maintain project logs and track workflow
- Communicate effectively with account managers and stakeholders
- Schedule works and manage client portal documentation
- Process supplier invoices through Kofax software
- Create purchase orders and jobs
- Filing of electronic documents
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Intermediate level of knowledge in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Simpro, Kofax, and Pronto experience a plus
