Our client is a highly reputable agency that specialises in high end sales and property management across the beautiful Northern Beaches market.

An opportunity has now become available for an experienced Property Manager to nurture a premium portfolio with full support from a high-quality property management team and very committed Principals.

**The Position**:
In the role of Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage a prestige portfolio of properties
- Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance work orders
- Conduct rent reviews and process lease renewals
- Negotiate leases and resolve escalated conflicts within the portfolio
- Minimise and maintain rental arrears for the portfolio
- Prepare for and attend Tribunal hearings as required

**The Person**
- Previous property management experience is essential
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Exemplary negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Someone with a stellar knowledge of the Northern Beaches market and experience dealing with high profile clientele
- Immaculately polished with a confident and mature demeanour
- Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
