Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Trainer to join our team at 360RTO Solutions in Adelaide. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to share their knowledge and skills with diverse student groups.

About the Role

As an Accounting Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment of the Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and the Diploma of Accounting. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering training sessions that meet the learning needs of students;
  • Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback;
  • Developing and implementing effective training plans;
  • Maintaining industry currency in accounting and bookkeeping.

This is a casual part-time role, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (TAE40116);
  • FNS40222 - Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping;
  • FNS50222 - Diploma of Accounting;
  • Training and assessment experience in the Accounting courses in a VET environment;
  • Industry currency in accounting and bookkeeping;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Time management and organisational skills.
Salary and Benefits
