About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will assist with the continual sales and business development of our Supply Chain Solutions business, primarily supporting the sale of returnable crates and bins.
You will be responsible for managing major key accounts in Bakery, Protein, Seafood, and Dairy industries, focusing on:
- Establishing long-lasting relationships with decision-makers in all key accounts
- Forecasting and working closely with operations and customer service to ensure supply continuity
- Strategy positioning of selling price, selling structure, and gross contribution
- Budgets and financial performance of key accounts
About You
We are looking for individuals who will thrive in this role, relishing the opportunity to lead the circular economy and inspiring enthusiasm in our customers.
A technical mindset, supply chain experience, and understanding of lead times, forecasting, and sales planning are essential for success in this position.
You will also bring:
- Demonstrated success in a similar Account Management role with experience working toward KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong people skills with the ability to build new and lasting relationships
- Excellent accountability – you can work autonomously and manage time independently
- An appetite for knowing all about your business services and competition to provide leverage for competitive advantage
- Experience in FMCG, packaging, or plastics is desirable but not required
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $80,000-$100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
