Mobile Equipment Maintenance Leadership

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee mobile equipment maintenance shutdown activities. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, with a commitment to safety and the development of their team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a skilled team of frontline leaders and maintenance personnel in mobile equipment maintenance shutdown activities
  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance and asset management practices to deliver asset and mine performance priorities
  • Coaching and developing team members to build individual capabilities and competence
  • Evaluating maintenance efficiency, identifying problems, and recommending solutions

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Proven experience in maintenance and asset management, with prior leadership experience as a supervisor or superintendent
  • Strong risk management skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks in high-pressure environments
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
  • A can-do attitude, with a structured approach to delivering strategic objectives
