Job Title: Childcare Program Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Childcare Program Coordinator to lead our team in delivering high-quality before and after school care and holiday programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key leadership role and make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging programs for children aged 5-12 years, aligned with national quality standards.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the community to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Mentor and support staff to enhance their skills and career growth within the industry.
  • Oversee administrative tasks and compliance requirements to maintain a smooth-running service.

Requirements:
  • A Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g. teaching, childcare, community services) or currently studying towards one.
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
  • Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, Relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
