**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to assist with the day-to-day operations of our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service. As an OSHC Assistant Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of quality programs, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with policy.

You will work closely with the Service Coordinator to manage staff, develop programs, and maintain effective administration. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with families, the school community, and your colleagues.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma in Children Services)
  • Demonstrated experience in programing and a passion for providing quality childcare
  • Experience in maintaining effective administration and correct documentation in an OSHC service
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People (Blue Card)
