Project Manager Role

A leading remedial contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Sydney office.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure construction programmes are followed and deliver on project quality to programme.
  • Identify and mitigate construction risk through all projects, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Oversee project expenditure and cash flow.
  • Lead external engineering design aspects of projects.
  • Implement effective design management strategies.
  • Supervise subcontractors on site.
  • Maintain HSEQ requirements on the project.
  • Provide regular progress reports.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-15 years' experience in delivering successful projects from start to finish.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering greenfield projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of local council and regulatory requirements/standards.
  • Excellent planning and project financial reporting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Construction Safety Induction (white) card.
