Lead projects from concept through handover, ensuring time, cost, quality, and safety benchmarks are met.
This is a hands-on delivery role where you'll be trusted to take charge of significant remedial projects and operate with a high level of independence.
Responsibilities include:
Leading remedial construction projects ($1M–$5M typical value).
Coordinating subcontractors, trades, consultants, and suppliers.
Preparing and managing budgets, programs, and claims.
Driving compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Building and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships.
Reporting project progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
About You
Minimum 5–10 years' project management experience (remedial or commercial construction).
Strong knowledge in façades, waterproofing, and structural repairs.
Demonstrated success delivering projects upwards of $5M.
Excellent scheduling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or Project Management.
