Child Care Centre Leader

This leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the daily operations of an Early Childhood Education and Care service. The Nominated Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing day-to-day activities, developing operational policies, and providing effective supervision to staff.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies for the Child Care Centre.
- Manage daily activities while maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Provide high-level supervision to a team of staff, including performance management and coaching.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Bachelor of Education: Early Childhood (4 year Course) or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated understanding of national regulations and quality standards for education and care services.
- Leadership and management experience in child care settings, including demonstrated ability to manage performance and provide effective supervision to large teams.
- Current first aid certificate and asthma/anaphylaxis management training or willingness to obtain.
