An exciting opportunity awaits a driven professional to lead a child care centre in Sydney's inner-west suburbs.

About the Role
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children and their families.
  • Strategically develop occupancy growth plans and maintain strong relationships with the local community.
  • Purposefully plan and implement quality programs using knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Foster collaboration with team members to enhance their skills and support ongoing development.
  • Maintain resources across the centre and ensure all health & safety benchmarks are met.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years' experience as a Director in a high-quality education and care setting.
  • A recognised qualification or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
  • A current Working with Children Check and Child Protection Certificate.
  • Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated leadership experience.
