About the Role

You will work collaboratively with Room Leaders and fellow educators to develop and implement engaging programs that foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child. This is your opportunity to shape learning environments from the start, build strong connections with families, and support your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide educators in your room, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality learning programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
  • Maintain effective routines and a safe, organised, and engaging learning space.
  • Champion the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care.
  • Build strong relationships with families and keep them informed of their child's progress.
  • Contribute to the centre's culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Child Protection training/certificate
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Passion for creating inspiring learning environments
