Regional Product Manager Position Overview

The Regional Product Manager is responsible for leading a team of product specialists to drive business growth across the region. This involves providing technical support and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor product specialists to ensure professional development and achievement of business goals.
  • Oversee equipment selection, costing, and proposal preparation for Ground Engaging Tools (GET), ensuring technical accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with bid managers on sales negotiations and prepare tenders that meet customer requirements.
  • Work with product management to develop, maintain, and improve product documentation, specifications, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate warranty activities within the region and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve product issues.
  • Interface with customers, external partners, and internal teams to support GET products, including site visits and international travel as needed.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or relevant industry experience.
  • Experience with GET technical sales, Capital, LHD, and dragline equipment, and the mining or aggregate industry.
  • MBA in Business (strategy and marketing planning) - highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
