Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated senior product developer to lead our activewear product development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Creative Direction to understand product vision and community needs.
  • Develop creative concepts and designs for new product ranges.
  • Apply market research, trend analysis, and product testing insights into product development.
  • Translate conceptual designs into actionable plans, considering materials, functionality, and cost.
  • Oversee prototyping and testing with partners and internal teams to create samples and prototypes.
  • Maintain and update technical sketches and Bill of Materials; conduct product testing and validation for quality, performance, and standards compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong background with activewear fabrics is preferred.
  • Proven track record in the field with insights to challenge the norm.
  • In-depth knowledge of garment construction techniques.
  • Solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
