We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and strategic growth of key product lines within our broad platform. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer needs and build compelling solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate relationships with customers, stakeholders, and industry professionals to identify user pain points and improvement opportunities
  • Prioritize features and solutions using data, customer insights, and scoring frameworks
  • Translate user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Develop business cases for product enhancements to ensure alignment with high-level organizational goals and strategy
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery and post-launch optimization
  • Monitor product performance through KPIs, user feedback, and analytics, and iterate as needed
  • Establish expertise in your products, their capabilities, and market positioning
  • Communicate regularly with Senior Leadership on product performance
  • Promote your product line(s) externally at customer sites, webinars, and other events

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our competitive environment and market trends. They'll be able to leverage this knowledge to drive strength and differentiation for our products.
