Job Opportunity

The Home Product Leader will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering best-in-class product offerings and underwriting processes. This role requires a seasoned insurance professional with experience in product development, underwriting, portfolio management, or pricing.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement underwriting and product strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Research and review industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead the Home Product and Underwriting teams to develop new and enhance existing home insurance products
  • Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate process changes and support customer-facing technical and training issues

Requirements

  • Strong leadership experience in senior roles with a demonstrated ability to innovate and develop contemporary practices
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing teams, with experience mentoring, coaching, and developing team members
  • Strong relationship management, collaboration, and influencing skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee management of all Home Underwriting decisions and write, review, and maintain policy documents
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
