We're seeking an exceptional Advocacy Officer to join our team.

This is a full-time role that will see you working with students at a world-ranked university in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting all administrative and operational aspects of the Advocacy service. This includes providing advice to students, advocating on their behalf, and promoting quality student experiences in culturally diverse issues, initiatives, and programs.

This is a 6-8 week assignment with the possibility of extension. As an Advocacy Officer, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality customer service to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice to students and advocate on their behalf
  • Administrative and operational support for related projects
  • Promote and enhance students' experiences in culturally diverse based issues, initiatives, and programs

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated relevant experience in advocacy or case management
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team
  • Evidence of multiple stakeholder management
  • Current Working with Children's Check required
