Global Talent Mobility Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Talent Mobility Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-border talent mobility programs and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive tax advisory services that support HR, payroll, and mobility teams throughout the assignment lifecycle.
  • Manage tax and regulatory complexities for business travelers and remote workers, offering strategic insights that strengthen global workforce planning and cross-border mobility.
  • Provide guidance on home and host country tax obligations, assess individual tax residency, prepare returns and equalization settlements, and ensure audit-ready compliance across employment tax categories.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of managing corporate mobility programs within large organizations or professional services environments.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, particularly with executive-level assignees, and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strategic agility and commercial awareness across industries, with a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions like technology demos.
