About the Role

This role involves supporting our growth by delivering high-quality outcomes across regions.

  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Help meet regional workforce needs through proactive recruitment practices
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across designated regions
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and regional leaders
  • Develop sourcing strategies build talent pools and support workforce planning
  • Promote employer brand with candidates and represent the company at events and forums
About You

You have:

  • 5+ years' experience in internal or agency recruitment ideally within professional or technical services
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
  • Experience with eRecruitment Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
