Digital Merch Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Merch Lead to spearhead our merchandising efforts in ecommerce. Your primary objectives will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Maximize local selling peaks driven by seasonal events.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with the digital team regarding availability, activation plans, and deal structures.
  • Identify product and category must-wins for the ecommerce channel in conjunction with e-commerce leads.
  • Promote inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Implement stock management and reduction activities.
  • Monitor and report on commercial results and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaboration and Communication:

You will collaborate closely with other functions in the market, including digital, marketing, and retail merchandising teams, as well as regional teams.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising or inventory optimization.
  • Proven track record in executing commercial plans.
  • In-depth knowledge in operating merchandising systems, tools, and methods.
  • Retail expertise: Deep understanding of retail operations and market trends.
  • Awareness of operational best practices and routines for digital.
