Visual Strategist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled visual strategist to join our dynamic in-house creative team.

This role involves crafting visually impactful, multi-channel design and motion content across our portfolio of globally recognised brands. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Production, and corporate stakeholders to bring ideas to life that engage our members and fuel business growth.

This is a hybrid role, combining three office days with work from home. We welcome applications from candidates in Sydney or Brisbane.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, motion, and print, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Develop high-quality assets across digital and print, including OOH, paid and organic social, signage, eDMs, websites, club collateral, presentations, infographics, and more.
  • Concept development and contribute to creative ideation across campaigns and brand projects.
  • Manage multiple workflows effectively, from small projects to large-scale brand campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in an advertising agency, in-house team, or production company.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Strong conceptual thinker with a sharp eye for layout, type, and storytelling.
  • A collaborative team player with a growth mindset and a can-do attitude.
