Job Overview

Senior Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of complex software and system projects, with significant commercial experience working in multi-discipline engineering and software projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage the delivery of Traffic Management System (TMS) ensuring Scope, Time, Cost, Risk, Quality and Change Control.
  • Manage and coordinate system requirements and functions, software development, testing & commissioning and verification & validation deliverables.
  • Coordinate engagement of End Users to resolve user acceptance issues.
  • Facilitate integrated Assurance process according to Integrated and Progressive Assurance Strategies.
  • Facilitate Transition to Operations process according to Integration Strategies.
  • Supervise production of project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate project reporting in compliance with Alliance and Internal requirements.
  • Administer contracts.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Attend and chair Project meetings arranging progress reports, performance reviews and commercial reports.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, with strong leadership, organisational, communication and people skills.

The role requires experience in customer management, scheduling, planning, critical path analysis, change management, risk management and cost estimation.
