About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to drive success in Australian construction.

This is a fantastic opportunity to spearhead and deliver some of the country's most significant projects.

  • Oversee on-site activities and performance - Seeking leaders with a professional approach to managing teams and programmes
  • Provide leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management
  • Manage stakeholders and resources - Ensuring relevant labour is available to deliver key project objectives, and maintaining quality throughout
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
Requirements:
  • A stable track record of delivering similar-sized projects for major builders in a senior role (minimum of 5 years)
  • Experience working in Australia for a head contractor (Required)
  • A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
  • Strong software skills in programmes such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites
  • Experience developing talent
  • Experience managing large teams in a major project environment (In commercial Construction)
  • Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
