Cancer Research Data Governance Expert

The Cancer Institute NSW is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead its Data and Research Governance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of data and research governance frameworks to facilitate effective cancer-related research and timely access to data.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight and coordination of data and research governance frameworks
- Facilitation of effective cancer-related research and timely access to data
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Substantial experience in leading and managing in a research and/or data governance team in a health context
The Data and Research Governance Team Leader will be responsible for the following:
- Providing an example of when you have had to solve a challenging data or research governance problem in a health context
- Sharing your experience in managing data and research governance for an organisation
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply. To be eligible for permanent appointment to a position in NSW Health, you must have Australian citizenship or permanent Australian residency.
