About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic and International Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Standards Australia. As a key member of our delivery team, you will provide dedicated administrative and operational support to our Strategic, International and PMO delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to our delivery teams, including coordination of team meetings and action tracking, scheduling external forums and events, and ad-hoc support for project and operational activities.
  • Support the delivery of our strategic and international initiatives, including preparing meeting agendas, minute taking, and ensuring meeting actions are completed.
  • Coordinate and prepare for forums, meetings, and events, including scheduling and document management support.
  • Maintain a calendar of team member travel and events, and collate information for reports and other correspondence.
  • Ensure information needed for meetings is prepared well in advance, and provide support for team activities and events.
  • Prepare presentations and papers, and provide graphics support, including development of collateral and team updates.

About You

  • You have a strong interest in the standards development lifecycle and a relevant qualification in an administration-related discipline.
  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You are able to use initiative, adaptability, and flexibility, and are able to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
  • You have experience preparing collating information, preparing correspondence and reports, and taking minutes.
